1. Shipping Locations

We ship to most countries in the EU. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us.

2. Delivery Time

Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase.
Delivery times vary by location but are generally:

  • Denmark: 1–2 business days

  • EU: 3–6 business days

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

4. Customs & Duties

All orders are shipped from Denmark.
Our garments are made in China, and we handle import to the EU.

If you are ordering from a country outside the EU, your local customs authority may apply import duties, VAT, or other fees upon delivery. These charges are not covered by Scubalooks and are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure about any charges that may apply.

5. Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item, provided it is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
