2. Orders & Payment

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance. The contract is only finalized when we dispatch your order.

3. Pricing & Product Information

All prices include Danish VAT (25%). Prices are displayed in the currency of your selected market, DKK for Danish customers, EUR for customers in other EU countries. For EU orders below the annual cross-border sales threshold, Danish VAT of 25% applies. If you are a customer in another EU country, the VAT included in your price is Danish VAT, not the VAT rate of your home country. Currency conversion is based on current exchange rates. Prices in EUR are rounded for clarity and may vary slightly over time. The final charge will be made in the currency shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct prices or cancel orders in the event of pricing errors or technical issues.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, local couriers, or force majeure events.

 

5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
